Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
BEDROCKdr LLC ("BEDROCKdr", "we", "us") books meetings with decision makers for firms that sell to business owners. This policy explains what we collect, where it comes from, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers visitors to bedrockdr.com, people who ask us for sample emails, our clients, and the business contacts we research and email for clients. We don't sell personal information.
1. What we collect on this site
What you send us. When you ask for sample emails we receive your name, your email address, your firm's website if you add it, and what you tell us about your best clients.
What the site records. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising tags and no browser storage. Because we don't track you, there's nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.
Where you came from. When you send the sample form, it also records the campaign tags in the link you arrived by, if any, and the website that referred you, so we know which of our efforts reach people.
2. What we collect about our clients
Contact details for the people we work with, the client's definition of its best clients, copy approvals, calendar details for booking, meeting confirmations and billing records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
3. What we collect about the business contacts we email
For each client we research businesses that fit the client's definition and the people who run them. For a business contact we may record their name, job title, business email address, company, company website and public facts about the business (for example registrations, government filings, public DNS records and its own published news), each with its source and the date we checked it. If they reply, we keep the reply, whether they want to talk and any meeting booked.
This information comes from public government records such as the U.S. Small Business Administration's databases, company websites, public filings and directories, public internet records, search engines, and email verification services that check whether an address can receive mail. We don't collect sensitive information such as health, financial account, government ID or precise location data, and we don't build consumer profiles.
4. How we use it
We use sample requests only to research and write your samples, send them to you and talk with you about them. We don't add you to a mailing list.
We use client information to provide the service, bill for it and keep records the law requires.
We use business contact information only to write relevant, one-to-one business emails for the client whose market it belongs to, handle replies, book meetings and keep our do-not-contact list. We never use one client's prospects for another client's campaign or for our own, except for the shared do-not-contact list and contact log in section 6.
We also use information to keep the site and our systems secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
5. AI tools
We use AI models to help research businesses and draft emails. The providers process what we send under business terms that don't allow them to train their models on it. Every fact in an email comes from a recorded public source, and a client approves its copy before anything is sent.
6. Opt-outs and the do-not-contact list
Every email tells the reader how to stop. Anyone who replies asking to stop, or writes to avery@bedrockdr.com, is removed the same day we see the request, and within 10 business days at the latest. We keep their email address and the date on one do-not-contact list across all our clients, so they never hear from us again for any client. We keep this record permanently, because deleting it would let them be contacted again.
We also keep a contact log across clients (an email address, contact dates, whether they replied and whether they opted out) so that no business owner gets emails from us for two clients within 90 days. It holds no reply content, notes or meeting details.
7. Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of our business for us, bound to use the information only for that purpose. Today they are Cloudflare (website hosting, the sample form, domains and DNS), Resend (emailing us each sample request), Instantly, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (sending and receiving email), MillionVerifier (email verification), Namecheap (domains and DNS), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models), Calendly (scheduling) and Stripe (payments).
Our clients. When a business contact replies and wants to talk, we share their name, business, reply and a short brief with the client they're meeting.
The law and our rights. When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of BEDROCKdr, our clients or others.
A business transfer. If BEDROCKdr is merged or sold, information may move with the business under this policy's protections.
We don't sell personal information, rent it, or share it for targeted advertising.
8. How long we keep it
Sample requests: up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client. Business contact research: up to 24 months after the last contact. Client records: while we work together and for three years after, so we can answer questions about meetings and billing. Invoices and tax records: as long as tax law requires, usually seven years. The do-not-contact list: permanently, as section 6 explains. Server logs: kept by our host for a short period under its own policy. We delete or anonymize information when its time is up, or sooner if you ask and we're not required to keep it.
9. How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Access to our systems is limited to the people and providers who need it and protected by strong authentication. We choose providers with established security programs. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you and the authorities as North Carolina law (G.S. 75-65) and other applicable laws require.
10. Your choices
Anyone can ask us to tell them what we hold about them, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting them. Write to avery@bedrockdr.com, or by post to the address below. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you. We answer within 45 days, and if we can't do something, we'll say why. If you disagree with our answer, reply to it and we'll review it again. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Some states, such as California, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut, give their residents these rights by law. Those laws apply to businesses above certain size thresholds, which BEDROCKdr doesn't currently meet, but we honor the same requests from everyone.
11. Children
This site and our service are for businesses. They aren't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, write to us and we'll delete it.
12. Where information is processed
We're based in the United States and serve U.S. businesses. Information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
13. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll tell the people affected before it takes effect.
